  1. many have tried to find new Jordan but none even thinks about new Magic
    thumbs up if you agree

  2. My favorite passes: the no-look versus the Denver Nuggets. Magic gets rock on the outlet pass, one dribble, looks away and delivers a pinpoint pass to another nameless Laker, no. 55, who dunks it. This pass was one I always wanted to duplicate courtesy of the NBA – Its Fantastic commercials. The next pass is against the Pacers. Magic pushing the ball down court, busts an in/out dribble, splits two Pacers, and drops ball off to Worthy – while not looking of course

  3. I’m a big Laker fan and Magic was and still is my favorite basketball player ever, but you can make a case that he was the 2nd best point guard behind Oscar Robinson. I’m 37 so I’m too young to have seen him play, but his stats are ridiculous. Either way both Magic and Oscar are top 5 all time.

  4. he got my vote as THE GOAT. mj is a demigod but i always believe that magic has this little edge over him. the greatest leader, greatest pg, one of the greatest all around players ever to play the game, he is clutch in his own way.

  5. If only they had the Skills Challenge back in the 80′s, Magic would’ve dominated in it. Although there were many great PG’s during that era (Isiah, Stockton, etc…) that could give him a run for his money. It’s a shame b/c he was always left in the sidelines during all-star weekend while Bird was firing up the 3pt contest and MJ was flying in the dunk contest. He would’ve put on a great show even before the all-star game.

  6. @homeboiUH Totally Agreed… remember when he had to play center and got 15 rebounds or something? He’s the best!
